How Does the No Fix - No Fee Service Work? Easy! After you drop off your computer, we spend 15 minutes or more on diagnostics to determine if the problem that the system has is recoverable.

We will contact you if we think the problem requires replacement parts or cannot be fixed within a few hours. You will be given the option of either upgrading to an extended repair or you can pick up your computer at no charge. Please note that the No Fix, No Fee policy only applies to our local Computer Drop-Off Service.
