Coulter’s Computer Consulting is a woman-owned business that was established in 1996 to fill a niche left open by other consulting companies. The founder, Sandy Coulter, is a self-taught A+ certified computer technician, a Web Marketing Specialist, and an IT Generalist. She has been involved with computers since 1986, and has taught computer technology to children and adults. She has held several IT related positions with various companies, but is now devoted to her own consulting company full time. 

Sandy learned computer technology by reading books, and by joining the Rockland PC Users Group, a county-wide group of computer enthusiasts. She served the group in several capacities...as Program Director, Vice President, and President for 2 terms. Sandy still holds a seat on the Board of Directors as Past President and makes occasional appearances at their monthly meetings and in their newsletter, “Computer Connection”.

Sandy also volunteers for CyberAngels in the Cyber Crimes Unit (a program of the Guardian Angels) and is dedicated to "Keeping it Safe" online.

"We were all novices at one time and remember how difficult it was to overcome obstacles to computer productivity."
