"Sandy is great at problem solving!
On one occasion, I tried to repair a PC myself, and I got into trouble! I just could not get the heat sink back onto a CPU of the PC! Without the heat sink, it would fail. I showed it to her, and, in 2 minutes the heat sink was back on correctly!
On another occasion, I could not get an old notebook PC to boot up!I tried every trick I knew! I was ready to throw it away. I showed it to Sandy, and, in 5 minutes the PC was up and running!
